: The heater wasn't working right in the room. It was way to hot all night and I couldn't sleep. We didn't have any toilet paper in the room and had to ask for it. Also under the beds was food (crackers ext.)

: The place was quite dirty. We did not eat for that reason. The wifi was not working and no one knew how to get it running for us. The whole place had a odor of dirtiness no matter where you went. The clean sheet were stained and we decided to go to a store and purchase new sheet and pillow cases for our beds. All the cleaning seemed to be a hope and a promise, not a thorough job. pretty disappointing.

  : The location
: My key didn't work in the lock. Yes a real metal key. The young man a the front desk drove his car the 150 feet to my room (I guess it was too far to walk) and showed me how to jiggle the door knob and key to get the door open. Once we were in the room we discovered there was only one bed. I had reserved a room with two queens. I went to the front desk again and told the man. He told me that I was mistaken and that room has two beds! I informed him that he was wrong. There was a spot for a second bed but there was no second bed. I asked for a different room but he seemed very confused and I gave up. Once in the room we found no soap and only one towel. Another trip to the front desk and we located the maids cart. They have a new flat screen TV in the room but the cable TV is very fuzzy and almost unwatchable. The next morning we discovered that the shower didn't work. Basically anything that could have been wrong with the room, was! The lady at the desk in the morning moved us to a different room.

: The fact that there was fruit flies all over the room and even more of them in the bathroom. Told the front desk of the problem and the women said that everyone has fruit flies.
