  : location
: A/C leaked all over half the room making it unlivable. Musty smell in hallways. Was told there was 24/7 checkout yet when I went to checkout Monday morn at 6am no one to be found finally gave up after 20 minutes of knocking. Very disappointed.

  : It was cheap.
: Staff was very unfriendly, took us 45 minutes to check in, & the people who were behind us got checked in first.

: Unfortunately nothing. should not list this property on their site.
: Bad location, directly behind a very busy/noisy 24hr Truck/car gas station/store. Semi-trucks had to park or idle in the hotel parking lot. The hotel halls, stairway & room were dirty & smelled extremely bad! There was also an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell (and we are not sensitive to odors) The carpet & bedding was stained, dirty with cigarette burns. The bedding had not been changed from previous guests! Bottom sheets, blanket & pillows had hair, crumbs, what looked like dead bedbugs & other obvious signs... We stripped the bed & slept on a blanket & pillows from our car & still slept in our clothes! There was a dirty straw, piece of plastic, tissue, hair & debris on the bathroom floor. The bathtub & shower curtain had black mold. There was also black mold on the bottom of the tub that you would not want to stand in/on. If you have children or are a bather the tub you would not want to use. We actually went to CVS, bought & used Lysol spray, disinfectant cloths, & room deodorizer (and it still felt dirty). We were in town for a PSU game & even though we booked well ahead it was only 1 of 2 vacancies, so we expected VERY little. But this was one of the worst hotels we have ever seen.

: The place was quite dirty. We did not eat for that reason. The wifi was not working and no one knew how to get it running for us. The whole place had a odor of dirtiness no matter where you went. The clean sheet were stained and we decided to go to a store and purchase new sheet and pillow cases for our beds. All the cleaning seemed to be a hope and a promise, not a thorough job. pretty disappointing.

: My reservations were lost and I only got a room because someone cancelled. Bad communications between motel and booking .com!!
